We need to change the new printhead due the wastage or aging of printhead in the using process. But printhead is a sophisticated part, which needs operating according to the requirement when replacing a new one. Here are some specific points we need to pay attention to when changing new printhead:

A. Empty the extra ink in the printhead and clean it fully by using the special cleaning liquid;

B. Turn off the machine power supply and unplug the power outlet;

C. Use multimeter to test the fuselage to see whether there is electrostatic and release the static electricity;

D. Upload the right screw in fix to printhead, loosen the upper screw and the left screw, remove the printhead;

E. Put the printhead on the non-woven fabric with cleaning liquid and put it in the box;

F. The correct loading of printhead can avoid some unnecessary loss and prolong the service life of the printhead.

Piezo printers adopt micro piezoelectric inkjet technology. The whole ink system is closely connected in order to ensure the sealing among cartridges, refill tube, printhead and damper. If there is a bad seal, many problems will appear, for example, printer is ink off, the printer can’t supply the ink, the printer can’t pump ink as normal, the ink comes back to damper etc. Printer can’t pump ink is a common bug, here are some reasons:

A. The position of the capping station is not good, you can try to debug the position of the capping station.

B. The deformation or aging of the capping station core, we recommend replace capping station core (pls pay attention to the maintenance and cleaning of the capping station core).

C. The ink pump does not work well, check the line to see if there is something wrong with the connection.

D. There is something wrong with the cable connection of printhead.

E. Printhead is damaged, we suggest replace a new one.

F. There is something wrong with the adjustment of the carriage frame and it’s possible that the position of the capping station is wrong.

Wiper is mainly used to scrape excess ink from the printhead, prevent fly ink appeared in the printing process; motor drives the paper feeding and the carriage to complete the process of printing.

Wiper plays the role of cleaning the printhead and is installed under the printhead, on the left of the capping station. If there is something wrong with wiper, ink off will appear in the printing process.

Motor, the core motivation of printer, includes step motor and servo motor, the step motor controls the back and forth of paper; Servo motor controls movement back and forth of carriage, the power is also supplied by motor.The quality of motor, also directly affects the operation of printer, such as printer bracket flow, resistance and so on these failures are caused by broken motor.

B. The direct reason is the abnormalities of feeding system. For example,the step of upper paper is not in accordance with roll paper. Another reason is that there is onstacle picture drawing end leading to the feeding bulging. C.
